Gold Series Descending-Price Auction Additional Terms and Conditions

These Additional Terms and Conditions (these “Additional Terms”) govern your participation in, and any purchase made through, the Gold Series Descending-Price Auction (the “Auction”) conducted by Candy Digital, Inc. These Additional Terms apply exclusively to the Gold Series Auction described herein and do not apply to any other auction, promotion, or sale conducted by Candy. (“Candy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Additional Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Candy Digital Terms of Use available at www.candy.io/terms (the “Terms of Use”) and the Candy Digital Privacy Policy available at www.candy.io/privacy (the “Privacy Policy”), each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Except as expressly modified by these Additional Terms, the Terms of Use remain in full force and effect and apply to all aspects of the Auction and your purchase, ownership, and use of any Gold Series Pack or related digital collectible.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Additional Terms have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Use.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Additional Terms and the Terms of Use with respect to the Auction, these Additional Terms shall control solely with respect to the subject matter of the Auction. In all other respects, the Terms of Use shall govern.

By accessing, participating in, or making a purchase through the Auction, you agree to be bound by these Additional Terms. If you do not agree to these Additional Terms, you may not access or participate in the Auction.
