Any person (“you” or “your” or a “user”) visiting www.candy.io (the “Website”), including those who purchase or collect any items offered by SugarFree Alternative Investments LLC, doing business as “Candy Digital” (“Candy Digital”), agrees to be bound by the following Reward Terms & Conditions (“Reward Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any applicable additional terms available at Candy.io (all of which are incorporated herein by reference). As used in these Reward Terms, an “ICON” is a digital collectible offered on the Candy Digital platform.
By participating in this promotion (the “Promotion” or the “Rainbow Set Collection Quest”), you can earn one (1) or more of the following rewards (each, a “Reward”): a 2026 MLB Base Series Rainbow Reward ICON featuring an eligible player identified in Schedule A, including a video montage bringing together the clips featured across that player’s five (5) Rainbow Variant ICONs. The Promotion began on July 15, 2026 and ends on September 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET (the “Quest Deadline”), which is also the snapshot time at which qualifying holdings are determined (the period from July 15, 2026 through the Quest Deadline, the “Promotion Period”).
Five (5) players from the 2026 MLB Base Series ICONs collection, identified in Schedule A (each, an “Eligible Player”), received limited Rainbow Variant ICONs in each of five (5) colors — Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink — with each Rainbow Variant ICON numbered to fifteen (15).
To complete the Promotion with respect to an Eligible Player, during the Promotion Period you must (i) collect one (1) Rainbow Variant ICON of that Eligible Player in each of the five (5) colors — Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue and Pink (a “Rainbow Set”), and (ii) hold the complete five-color Rainbow Set for that Eligible Player in the same Candy account at the Quest Deadline. Upon completion, you will earn one (1) Rainbow Reward ICON featuring that Eligible Player.
No random drawing; no element of chance. This Promotion is an achievement-based collection quest. Every eligible participant who satisfies all applicable requirements of the Promotion by the Quest Deadline (as defined above), and who remains in compliance with these Reward Terms and the Candy Terms of Use, will receive the applicable Reward. No random drawing, winner selection, or element of chance is involved in this Promotion.
Completion limit: Limit one (1) completion of this Promotion per Eligible Player per user. You may complete the Promotion for more than one Eligible Player (up to all five (5)) and, if you do, you will earn one (1) Rainbow Reward ICON for each Eligible Player whose complete Rainbow Set you hold at the Quest Deadline.
For clarity, you must collect and hold each ICON comprising a complete qualifying Rainbow Set in the same Candy account, and such account shall only be for the benefit of the account holder and shall only hold ICONs owned and controlled by such account holder.
