Any person (“you” or “your” or a “user”) visiting www.candy.io (the “Website”), including those who purchase or collect any items offered by SugarFree Alternative Investments LLC, doing business as “Candy Digital” (“Candy Digital”), agrees to be bound by the following Reward Terms & Conditions (“Reward Terms”), as well as our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and any applicable additional terms available at Candy.io (all of which are incorporated herein by reference). As used in these Reward Terms, an “ICON” is a digital collectible offered on the Candy Digital platform.
By participating in this promotion (the “Promotion” or the “Partial Set Collection Quest”), you can earn the following reward (the “Reward”): one (1) 2026 MLB Gold Series Kevin McGonigle Reward ICON. The Promotion began on August 6, 2026 and ends on November 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET (the “Quest Deadline”), which is also the snapshot time at which qualifying holdings are determined (the period from August 6, 2026 through the Quest Deadline, the “Promotion Period”). Candy Digital may modify the Quest Deadline, including based on the remaining 2026 MLB Gold Series release and auction schedule; any change to the Quest Deadline will be announced on the Website.
To complete the Promotion, during the Promotion Period you must (i) for each of the six (6) player groupings within the 2026 MLB Gold Series ICONs collection — Power, Next Gen, Rookies, Speed, Aces, and Awards — collect three (3) ICONs representing three (3) different players from that grouping, in any ICON rarity (there is no rarity requirement, and Rare, Epic, and Legendary ICONs all count toward completion), for a total of eighteen (18) qualifying ICONs across all six (6) groupings, and (ii) hold all such qualifying ICONs in the same Candy account at the Quest Deadline. The player groupings and the players comprising each grouping are set forth in Appendix A and are available on the Website.
For clarity, an ICON may be applied toward the requirements of only one (1) player grouping, and no single ICON may be counted more than once toward completion of this Promotion.
No random drawing; no element of chance. This Promotion is an achievement-based collection quest. Every eligible participant who satisfies all applicable requirements of the Promotion by the Quest Deadline (as defined above), and who remains in compliance with these Reward Terms and the Candy Terms of Use, will receive the applicable Reward. No random drawing, winner selection, or element of chance is involved in this Promotion.
Completion limit: Limit one (1) completion of this Promotion per user.
ICONs counted toward this Promotion may also be counted toward the 2026 MLB Gold Series Full Set Collection Quest; a single eligible ICON may satisfy the requirements of both quests.
For clarity, you must collect and hold each ICON comprising the complete qualifying set in the same Candy account, and such account shall only be for the benefit of the account holder and shall only hold ICONs owned and controlled by such account holder.
